It has been a joy to live at Good Dwelling! Ethan has been extremely helpful and organizes many events for the residents to help create an awesome community. I love my living space and the Juliet balcony that lets in the morning light!

Good Dwelling has been a phenomenal place for my son to live. Ethan was fantastic to work with and helped us get into a unit on very short notice. The building is in a great location. The units are beautiful and the building as a whole is thoughtfully designed to maximize the comfort of the tenants. We are delighted that my son was able to rent an apartment here! What a stellar find this was!!!
