Possibly the worst apartment I have ever rented. No pest control, I have killed two mice myself. Roaches love this place. Last but not least there is a large crack running right down the middle of the building wall on the backside. You can see were they have filled in the crack multiple times instead of actually repairing the sinking foundation. This is a death trap waiting to happen.
