***Update**** After all the issues with the last administration now the new one is making improvements, they are really attentive. I have about 2 weeks trying to talk with Olivia collins and never answer, never return my calls or emails. The neighbour apparently is not in his apartment but every day at 6 am his alarm start to sound and never ends until 8:30 am , i work about 12 hour per day I need to sleep in the mornings and is impossible. Im desperate , i dont know what can i do.
