I never had a bad experience with the property management. The apartments were clean, efficient and convenient especially when you’re an EB employee starting out and you’re on a budget. I was able to save so much money waking across the street to work everyday. Whenever there was apartment inspections or vendors they would give ample amounts of notice and reminders to let you know when they were going to happen.

My living experience here at the River View Apartments has been totally awesome! The property manager and the maintenance crew are always on top of things and when there is something that needs to be fixed they do it in a timely manner. I appreciated that, greatly. The neighborhood is safe and friendly, convenient to all the local stores in the area.

Amazing place to visit and live... Both myself and my Navy friend were impressed with the active property management, feeling of overall safety and cleanliness of the grounds and facilities, and the community felt very pet and family friendly, while also upholding a high standard of quality (I've experienced most "pet friendly" places to be less clean overall, and that was not true in this establishment... It's the best of both worlds!) :) The apartment is clean, with fresh, bright carpets, paint, and linoleum floors in the kitchen and bathroom (I even liked the subtle pattern, haha), with clean and well functioning appliances, just an overall feeling of clean, even in the bathroom and kitchen, and as if we were the first to live there, even though clearly we weren't... The feeling of clean and cozy in the unit was great, though, particularly in a pet and family friendly community! There is on site laundry facility, pool, basketball court, tennis court, and plenty of grass and open areas for kids to play, it was generally a quiet community, and felt very safe, mostly families or military service people, and very attentive property management that seems to be active in monitoring to ensure only those who live there (or their guests) use the facilities, but are also friendly and don't seem to want to hassle people needlessly, they all seem to just make sure the grounds are safe and clean, it's truely one of my favorite places I've ever lived, and it seems the apartments are family owned (I don't know, it just felt that way) and they took pride in ensuring all residents felt at home :) An example of how attentive the property management was, the first time I walked my dogs on the grounds, one of the property managers walked over to me and politely questioned me to ensure that I was permitted to be there, and upon my explaining I was a visitor and who I was visiting, she immediately recognized the name (and knew the unit number!) and just reminded me to make sure I picked up after my dogs, and seemed genuinely pleased to see me show the bag I had just used to "clean up" after my dog... After my explaination, I wasn't questioned again, and she asked if she could pet my dogs, explaining that she was a dog lover, and she clearly was! It was great that she made the effort to ensure I was someone who had reason to be on the private property, yet being active and attentive didn't mean they were hastling residents, just keeping it safe and clean, otherwise they were quite chill and friendly :) I did see one "doggie poo station" (not sure what to call it, haha...it was the typical bag dispenser with a little trashcan attached), there may have been another on the grounds that I didn't see, but I was fortunate it was nearby my unit... I would recommend to them to make it easier to access with more dog stations, or even trash cans, around the complex, though it's a very minor inconvenience (more of an idea I might mention to property management, since the one woman even explained to me that they want it to be easy to clean up after pets so that it's easier to keep the grounds clean). Overall, I highly recommend living here, the owners/property management really seem to try very hard to keep the complex clean and safe for everyone, and it's pet friendly but also very clean, inside and out! :-D
