Easily the nicest and best apartment complex in Waterford and likely this side of Connecticut. It has ever amenity you could ever want and the management is on top of everything. Need windows cleaned? Done. Need a pipe fixed? Done. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Waterford Woods is a gorgeous new community that has so many amazing amenities! The team in the office is A+ to deal with and is super responsive and friendly! If you are looking for a new home Waterford Woods is where you should be!
