Situated in a central location right next to the Avalon municipal building, you'll have easy access to Downtown Pittsburgh, 65 and 279, PLUS the convenience of Avalon's restaurants, bars, shopping, and parks. The shared yard access provides a great space for outdoor activities. Electric and gas billing is tenant’s responsibility and needs to go in tenants name. Water, sewage, and trash billing will stay in landlord’s name. Tenant will be billed monthly for these expenses.
