I lived at The Tallows for 4 years. This is an update for what I was reading on reviews posted. The Tallows is a very very safe place to live at. Some people stated that there are roaches everywhere, that is not true. I never saw roaches in my unit. Some others complain about the fee we pay for pets, everywhere you go you will pay a $400 dlls pet fee, not just here. I loved this place. The area is nice, safe, and with lots of stores to do your weekly shopping. The Tallows is not a new apartment complex. However, this Admin managed by Ms. Eva Vann is the best I have ever seen. This manager will address any situation as soon as possible. She handles the admin as no one I have dealt with. The complex is super clean and well taken care of. The lady in the office, Marlene, is very wonderful and professional person. Marlene treats very well any person coming to that office, welcoming them with a huge smile. Carlos and his maintenance team, the best of the best maintenance persons ever. I have lived at different apt complexes and no one has this team. Summarizing this message, you will be very happy at The Tallows despite the rise in rents. The rise in my rent was for about $ 500 of my monthly previous rent, being the reason I left the complex.

What a calm and safe community, very clean and family friendly! The ladies in the office are professional and answer questions and you get a good value relative to the price. The only downsides are that maintenance does take a bit to answer requests. Update: All good no problem
