Variety of Floor Plans: Choose from studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom layouts to suit your needs. Convenient Amenities: Benefit from in-building laundry facilities, air conditioning, and select units featuring dishwashers and microwaves. Pet-Friendly Policy: Cats are welcome with a $100 non-refundable deposit and a $10 monthly fee. Parking Options: Underground heated garage parking is available for $75/month, and gated lot parking is $50/month. Prime Location: Situated in the vibrant Whittier neighborhood, you're within walking distance to Eat Street, the Minneapolis Institute of Art, and the Greenway Trail. *Laundry Facilities: A centrally located laundry room is available within the building, equipped with reloadable laundry cards for your convenience. *Utilities: Residents are responsible for 100% of the electric bill through Xcel Energy. Residents pay 95% of water, gas (heat), and trash through RealPage (RUBS Program Billing), averaging $50–$125/month per apartment. *Community Policies: Uptown Plaza is a smoke-free and dog-free community.
