**WARNING: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!** Living at **RDE Capital** has been an absolute nightmare. If you value your sanity, steer clear of this place! First off, they have the most predatory towing policy I’ve ever seen—cars get towed constantly, even when parked in designated spots.. On top of that, good luck getting any maintenance issues resolved. I’ve put in multiple requests for simple fixes, and they NEVER get back to me. Weeks pass without any updates, and the few times they did show up, they either made the problem worse or “fixed” it temporarily. The lack of communication and professionalism is beyond frustrating. As if that wasn’t enough, the place is filthy! Common areas are rarely cleaned, and it’s not unusual to see trash piling up. It’s clear they don’t care about keeping the property livable. This is honestly the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had—save yourself the stress and DO NOT move here! Find somewhere that actually respects its residents.
