I am currently renewing at this apartment complex and very happy to do so. The new management has been very helpful and understanding with fixing an issue and making it possible for me to stay another year. Every question I have is always answered when I leave the office. My maintenance are answered timely and if not the management is very transparent on the delay and helps to get issues resolved.

update! i have been here for a few months now and a minor issue is that maintenance is a bit behind. i understand it take a few days for them to come and fix the issue. i wish it were faster but the job hets done and thats what matters. Like I said im my previous post, Lucy is my favorite! Shes always so happy and when I talk to her she sits and listens. She doesn’t make excuses. Alice on the other hand is full of them. i don’t care why or what happened just get is fixed. She definitely needs a job with less contact with people. sad to say but its true, any way go to Lucy or Amanda they are really here for us residents!
