UPDATE 2024: BRC has been making an effort to maintain and clean the apartment complex. The pool is open and consistently maintained, management answers maintenance requests in a timely manner, and hot water in the winter is no longer an issue as they replaced the water heater. This is now a respectful place to live, thank you for listening to the tenants. -------------------------------------- Dirty Delete!! This property management company deleted this complex from google maps because they had so many bad reviews. READ THE LEASE!!! Asbestos ceilings. Major delays in repairs. The pool has been out of order for years. The management company incentivizes people to stay by taking care of something the tenant has been complaining about that management never got to before, until the tenant threatens to move out. The water doesn't doesn't stay hot for long (they fixed it after three or four months of complaining, but at times the tap or bath water still doesn't move up from lukewarm. On more than one occasion, the water came out brown. DO NOT drink from the tap! Great location, complex is okay (except that you can't ever use the pool because management doesn't want to pay to maintain it), but bad management makes it horrible to live here. The walls are thick which helps to not hear other apartments, there's plenty of parking at the complex and on the streets, and management has been upgrading the units as tenants move out. Take care of your tenants and you'll have loyal tenants who actually want to live in your apartments!

I have been here for a while now. It was rocky at first with lots of mistakes made by BRC but in recent years the place has improved. Repairs are now done in a timely manner. The pool is beautiful and well maintained when it is open from late May to late September. On site laundry is a huge plus. Its also a great location and walking distance from Englewoods little downtown scene. The views are incredible on the higher level units and the neighborhors are friendly and well acquainted with one and other. There is parking $10/mo and plenty of free street parking and no street sweeping restrictions. Its a little jem tucked away off Hampden and Broadway. Complaints: untis need newer AC units. Management does not reply to phone messages but will reply to emails eventually.
