I've been here for 7 months, and have been really happy. The complex is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and some have lived here for years. Management is friendly, and also lives on-site. Laundry facilities are recently upgraded. The pool and grounds are well- kept. Any maintenance issue logged is acknowledged within an hour or two, and taken care of within several days. And they are careful with pets, if you allow them access while you're not home. Storage space is much larger than I expected - the closet is large, the linens/cleaning closet is a great size, and the garage has plenty of space.

I am very, very pleased with how this property has been run. Last year, a new company called CHAMBERLAIN PROPERT MGMT has taken over the property and since then, the overall improvement has been incredible. The service is prompt, professional and personal. Ms. Dara Unruh is an amazing manager - on top of everything! Mr. Enrique who provides the maintenance service is great at his work, knowledgeable, helpful and very nice person, too. I give them both 5 stars. I am very pleased with the property and your work.
