Absolutely love this apartment! All of the staff are so helpful and friendly. The front office made finding an apartment so easy. Brittany, Madison, Larrell, and all other staff have been nothing but kind and professional since my time here. Would definitely recommend!

Kelly Farms is a 5 star property in many ways. This was a long distance move for me from the East Coast to Columbia. Brittany and Sara as well as the entire Kelly Farms staff have been above and beyond helpful, supportive and kind from my initial contact to my actual move in… and beyond. The apartment was spotless at move in and the grounds are immaculate. My apartment is absolutely lovely with a very well thought out design/layout. A special thank you to Brittany and Sara for their thoughtfulness and patience throughout.

I have been living at Kelly Farms since late August of 2019, and I love the complex! The design of each apartment is pretty and spacious. It is almost as if Chip and Joanna Gaines designed them. Before moving into this complex, I was looking for a safe place to live on my own since it was the first time that I would be living by myself, and I was also new to Missouri. So, safety was my top priority when looking for a place. That being said, I explored several complexes across the city and narrowed it down to two, the Aria and Kelly Farms. From the moment I walked into the leasing office, I was greeted by a smiling group of friendly faces. Aaron, Alina, Blake, and Tracy were very welcoming, and walking around the complex, I saw Luke and JC eager to greet me. That was most definitely not my experience walking into the Aria, which is one of the several reasons why I opted for Kelly Farms- first impressions matter! Aaron was the one who helped me and gave me a tour of the place and was patient in explaining everything about the apartment complex as well as answering any questions that I had (and trust me; I had several). Knowing that I was new to Columbia and Missouri, he shared tips about his favorite eateries. He was even willing to crunch numbers for different apartment styles several times as I was not sure which one I wanted and had hoped to remain within my budget. Aaron's keen attention to detail and passion for his job sold me on Kelly Farms. The grounds at Kelly Farms are clean. It is a smoke-free apartment complex, they have an on-call courtesy officer, and the best part of it all is that it is not filled with college (undergraduate) students like some of the other complexes around town! There are graduate students, but the complex will not rent to anyone under 22 unless a parent can vouch for them, but even at that, most people that live here are in their upper-20s or older. Throughout the year, Kelly Farms will host different events: pet picture competitions, scavenger hunts, pumpkin carvings, collect gifts for the City of Refuge, wrap your gifts during the holidays for a dollar, and all proceeds are donated to charity. They go out of their way to create a spirit of community among the neighbors. Both Aaron and Blake ensure that their residents are cared for by assisting their elderly residents and helping them move in. As a side note, I have two chihuahuas, and one does not care much for most people, but he loves the office staff but mainly Aaron (and not just because they give him treats) but because they are genuine people; those of us who are dog lovers know that this is a great sign! Aside from the beautiful complex and grounds, the people who run Kelly Farms go out of there way to create an enjoyable and safe atmosphere that will make you want to call Kelly Farms your next home!
