Wonderful community close to beach.Great grounds. Beautiful apts! If maintenance doesn't respond online i just go to office and they come right away ! Very green!
Just moved in and we love it! Mike and staff were very helpful in getting us set up in a great apartment overlooking the lake. Our pets love it too!

Big shot out to the Atlantic at East Delray!!
Thank you so much Katerina and Tamara for helping and guiding me through the whole leasing process. It’s a big deal making a decision to move from Boston to Delray Beach FL. You made my transition exciting and joyful. Your community, our community is so welcoming and friendly and safe. I’m so happy! My children are happy for me as well.
Your maintenance Supervisor Jeff has been outstanding helping me with my move. Guiding me through the process. Jeff and Bert are a great team. It’s a family community and you do a fantastic job making sure new and all tenants needs are met. I am so grateful for Tamara, Katerina, Jeff and Bert! Thank you for making me feel so welcomed and I appreciate you!

I moved in about 3 months ago now and the whole process was so effortless. It began with a phone call with Mike, who works in the leasing office. We set up an appointment and when I got here, Drail showed me around. Luckily they had an apartment on the third floor with a lake view which is what we wanted.
Both of them were so very helpful in the weeks to follow with questions, doing the paper work, and making us already feel like we were at home.
I love the amenities, the pool, the gym, and I absolutely love the walk around the lake. The wildlife is amazing to watch and just the peace and serenity I feel living here is unlike any other place I have lived. Thank you Mike and Drail! Oh, and cannot forget the awesome Maitenance crew!!!
And one last thing, there is a car washing station, valet trash service, and a little dog park!! I think that is so awesome!

I lived in this apartment complex for a little over 3 years with my family. I LOVED living here. I owned a home for 27 years previous to living in The Atlantic at East Delray. One of the best things about apartment living is the maintenance staff. The complex uses Rent Cafe to pay rent and to submit maintenance requests. Every request from clogged drain, light bulbs burned out, to dryer not working or patio needs to be painted, was attended to promptly and successfully--and---I did not have to pay the bill! On the occasion that I needed to speak with the management staff, they were always courteous and attended to my issues respectfully. The pool is lovely. We met and made some very good friends at the pool. The fitness room is clean, the equipment is nice. The path around the pond is a nice walk with a great view. The location of this complex is amazing! Everything you need is walking distance--groceries, pet store, multiple eating establishments, doctors, fitness, dry cleaners, etc. I would have continued to live there, however, I needed more space. Unfortunately, they do not offer 4 bedroom apartments. I enjoyed my time while living in The Atlantic at East Delray. Thank you to the staff and crew :)

My gosh!! We just moved in and we are so impressed with how we’ve been treated. It’s only been a week and they hosted a soirée for the whole community. In particular, Mike and Ashley have been exceptionally accommodating!!
Thank you Jeff for fixing my AC!! Always there for me and my roommates whenever we need anything. Highly recommend him if you need help with anything wrong in the apartment!

We moved from Chicago to Delray Beach in June and I am very happy that we choose Atlantic at East Delray. Mike was and still is very helpful and understanding. He showed all the grounds to my husband, explained all and we are very happy ever since.
Gotta say when it comes to any issues such as AC, or something not working in your apartment, the only thing you have to do is to tell Mike. He takes care of it right away. give 5 stars to the maintenance guys too!!! very nice, quick and easy to work with! Thank you guys!
All the amenities are really nice too, pool is always clean and well kept, have a lot of pool toys that my kids love. the gym is right there which is great too. We are very happy that the pool area has an outside sitting area and two nice grills, so you can grill your food in a sec!
Lots of parking which is amazing!
Really quiet, clean and just beautiful place to live! Especially with kids! We have twins and our girls love it!
We really love it here and we are happy to call this place our new home.
