We moved in here In April this year, and wanted to give a shoutout to Yoka, Sandia, Isabella, Maurizio, and Karen. They gave us a very warm welcome and told us everything we need to know. They have been on top of all our maintenance requests, and have been great with communicating updates to us. From the staff to the neighbors, everyone here is wonderful. We are blessed to have found this community, and are happy to call it home.

We are blessed to be right ON trails and by many parks! And to have an INCREDIBLE staff helping us. Truly amazing to find this place here in one of the most expensive places to live . Houses around here average 1.2 million and finding a place to rent was a true Godsend. Grateful for everything they are doing to keep the property up to standard. Thankful for a staff that goes the extra mile and hope they are all paid VERY well! They deserve it!! Wish more residents were respectful to the grounds and drove with respect to kids being outside and on the roads. The only thing I would change is being able to get rid of residents who drove with no respect to kids … and being able to use the community center : business center in evenings as I did at last place I lived
