Just moved here from East Boca and wow very impressive. I love the attached garage, spacious floor plan, how quiet it is and the gated community. Not only that they seem to always be upgrading here. The leasing staff was absolutely wonderful to work with while getting everything set before move in. It made the transition a lot easier and less stressful. The location is also great and tucked away making it so you can’t hear the traffic. I definitely recommend this apt complex to anyone looking for luxury, stores nearby and a quiet community.

I’m really glad We chose to move into The Charleston! Carolina and Ana from the management team were fantastic—they were super helpful and welcoming, which played a big role in my decision to live here. They made the whole move-in process smooth and easy. The community itself is beautiful and well-kept, plus they have a super team for maintenance very helpful and quick to respond. Very pleased !
