I’ve lived here for almost a year now, the staff is very friendly, the apartment is nice and updated. Maintenance is always timely and friendly. The pool is sparkling clean, and for the price in this location you can’t beat it.

If your looking for a great place to live here's everything you need to know: The apartments are gorgeous, and efficient energy-wise. The staff is always polite, helpful and respectful. Elizabeth the manager provides excellent leadership in managing with respect and leads by example. She finds solution to all problems fast and efficiently. Maintenance IS GREAT about taking care of things promptly. The pool is always nice, and the winter weather is always the best in the USA. Everyone works great here. The residents are always friendly and helpful neighbors. I moved here looking for a retreat from the NYC winter and loved the place so much I stayed for 4 years and counting. I still haven't finished exploring my local neighborhood so much entertainment within a stone toss distance.
