Boasting brand new countertops, a neutral color scheme and accent wall, energy-efficient LED lights, designer blinds, new fixtures, and more, this updated 2-bedroom, 1-bath "Flat" Townhome stands out above the rest. *** Do You Qualify? 1.) Household must make 3 times the rent amount in monthly gross income. 2.) Good rental history with NO money owing to prior management companies or owners. 3.) Decent credit history (around 600 or higher) 4.) Minimum of 3 years consecutive, verifiable rental/residential history 5.) Property accepts indoor cats and small dogs (max of 2 pets total) with additional fees and rents. 6.) Continuous Employment (6 months with current employer or employment in the same industry) Please note: If highly interested, submitting a complete application(s) is the only way to secure this home, and once approved the maximum hold time is 14 days (or ready date).
