Each home has beautiful picture windows, plenty of closet space, full size washer/dryer, patio, designated carport parking with extra storage, so you will quickly understand why many have called Plum Court Townhomes 'Home Sweet Home' for a decade or longer!! Located in the Rhubarb Pie Capitol it's easy to see why people love living at Plum Court Townhomes. With multiple community events annually, a variety of shops and restaurants, many transportation options and hosting Washington state's largest YMCA, the City of Sumner has maintained its small-town heritage reflective of the 1920's while boasting modern conveniences. Living at Plum Court Townhomes will put you in the center of it all! Pictures don't do it justice! Boasting brand new countertops, a neutral color scheme and accent wall, energy-efficient LED lights, designer blinds, new fixtures, and more, this updated 2-bedroom, 1-bath "Flat" Townhome stands out above the rest. *** Do You Qualify? 1.) Household must make 3 times the rent amount in monthly gross income. 2.) Good rental history with NO money owing to prior management companies or owners. 3.) Decent credit history (around 600 or higher) 4.) Minimum of 3 years consecutive, verifiable rental/residential history 5.) Property accepts indoor cats and small dogs (max of 2 pets total) with additional fees and rents. 6.) Continuous Employment (6 months with current employer or employment in the same industry) Please note: If highly interested, submitting a complete application(s) is the only way to secure this home, and once approved the maximum hold time is 14 days (or ready date). We are equal opportunity housing and process applications on a first-come, first-served basis. Deposit amount is determined during the approval process and dependent on how well the above criteria are met.
