Great apartment complex. Pierce is an amazing manager. Him and his staff helped me move from one apartment to another. Any maintenance concerns were addressed immediately. I had three leases with him and on the third lease took $100 off a month for staying there. Had one bad neighbor but the rest of the time the other tenants have been great!

This is a perfect spot for single and/or college students. Affordable and the grounds are typically nice and neat up until 5 mths ago Bldg. & Parking area look as if they've been neglected. Found ground & floor littered with food & garbage.
