220 Madison was a fantastic building for my daughter to live in while attending the University of Tampa! So close to campus and all the amenities!. Christin was a fantastic property manager who took care of all her students!

I lived at 220 for two years and have zero complaints! The apartments are so wonderful and within walking distance to UT, which is so convenient! The 220 staff clearly cares for each and every one of their residents and made me feel so safe and welcomed anytime I talked with any of the staff members. They even treat us to free dinners every so often! Christin is the best property manager ever! Couldn't have asked for a better two years at 220!
