The manager is courteous and responsive. The building is quiet and clean. It's a new build but has no real flaws in its design. In unit appliances all work well, and are fast. Walls are thick enough, and the manager keeps the place quiet. Parking is a little rough, but there is a school lot adjacent that hasn't given me any issue when I park there with a note. There's local public parking.

While looking for an apartment for my daughter, we were referred to Sierra Point. While we loved the apartment, the property overall was not a good fit for our needs. Bree (the Manager) was kind, patient, so helpful & offered information an another community she managed as well as other properties within her network. We were so pleased with our experience & highly recommend Bree & Sierra Pointe to anyone looking in the Gresham area!
