Great experience with the staff as well as the exceptional living conditions and neighbors. The only minor inconvenience is that the units are not equipped with window screens. Besides that, it’s been quiet, clean, and a positive experience living here. I can only speak to my experience here but I see some others complain of neighbors and trash in hallways etc. I can comfortably say that I live in a unit with amazing neighbors and the hallways are always clean. If dirty and staff are notified they come and fix the issue the same day! The maintenance people are also very responsive. I had 3 work orders so far and all were handled within 24hrs. Top it all off with the great property manager, Michelle, who will go above and beyond to assist you with what you need. I strongly believe you make your experience what you want it to be. If you are clean and respectful, it will all come back around to you.
