Kim was incredibly helpful throughout the entire leasing process, making everything smooth and stress-free. The apartment is beautiful, well-designed, and truly feels like home. This review is for Justin. I came to this apartment complex to tour on Saturday, and the level of customer service from Justin was top tier. When I walked in I noticed he was very busy with the phones non stop ringing, and from what I could see people coming in who live there upset about something of a management change. He handeled it all while while still being professional and still taking his time to acknowledge me, take me on a tour, answer my questions, find me the apartment I wanted, all while not having a system. I will be renting at this place just because of him and his level of customer service. Not to mention how incredibly beautiful the apartments are.
