I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Rebecca who works in the office at Pradera Mobile Home Park in Howe Texas. First of all, I would like just to say Thank you for all of your help in so many different areas. Being a new resident to Texas and not really knowing anyone there, she became of "Life-line" to me once I purchased a home in the park community. She has helped with the advertising, word of mouth to those who have came into the office looking to purchase a home. Unfortunately, I bought a beautiful home there in January 2023, but had to put in on the market in September 2023 due to medical issues. She has assisted in communicating to various families regarding my home, she was able to refer me to different contractors for upgrading my home while I was there and she gave me references to Landscapers who were able to help me with my yard work. I understand her being by herself working in the office. She wears many hats. And I must say, that she is doing an exceptional job. I fell in love with the park and wish I could have lived there a lot longer, but this community park is one that I would definitely refer to someone to if they were looking to purchase a home. I love living in Prader Mobile Home Park in Howe, TX! The community is safe, clean, and the new manager Nicole is amazing. You can tell she wants the community to look amazing and we appreciate all the new improvements.
