We just moved out of the Cannery after living there for 2 years. Everything about the place was great. Maintenance was incredibly responsive when there were issues. The leasing office is also prompt with communications. The only reason we moved out was the location of our jobs. Being downtown close to a lot of fun places can’t be beat.

I’ve lived here for 7+ months and I couldn’t have asked for anything better! Upon moving to Dayton, the cannery was HIGHLY suggested to me. My space is beautiful and very worth the price. You’re also getting a community of amazing people, a great building, gym and common spaces, access to all the downtown amenities (some right from our lobby) and an amazing staff. The attention to maintenance requests is better than anywhere I’ve lived, it’s timely, and done well the first time. I’ve been very happy with the Cannery!
