Best location - walking distance to bart, a market. Very well build appartments, well maintained, spacious and luxurious. Maintenance and leasing staff is really helpful and freindly. Great aminities too. Gym and swimming pools are really nice.

I remember reading some negative reviews about this place in the past, which initially made me hesitant to move in. Given the premium rent, I had certain expectations that didn’t seem to align with what I’d read. However, after visiting the apartment, I felt it fit what I was looking for—and now, I’ve just renewed a long-term lease.
One of the main advantages here is the location: it’s within walking distance to BART, and I feel safe walking around at night. There’s also a nice gym, and the staff is genuinely responsive, which makes a huge difference. I want to specifically thank Lea, who was essential in my decision to renew.
The community typically hosts a monthly event with food, providing a great opportunity to connect with neighbors and staff, and share any concerns. Being near a shopping plaza with a Whole Foods also makes grocery shopping convenient. What’s most important to me, though, is the staff’s responsiveness and commitment to tenants’ concerns. Out of all the apartments I’ve rented, this team stands out, and Lea deserves special mention.
As my two-year lease was coming to an end, I had started looking at other places in the area, finding some cheaper options that met my needs. However, thanks to Lea’s willingness to listen to my concerns and her genuine effort to help, I decided to stay and re-sign a long-term lease. This level of care is rare in apartment communities, where leasing staff can often be seen as unresponsive or rude.
Between the convenience of BART, the responsive team, the feeling of safety, and the proximity to shopping, this is a great place to live. Thank you, Lea and the entire team, for making Avalon feel like home!

We absolutely loved living at Avalon Dublin Station. The staff there is amazing- Lea and Jamie are so nice and a great help in the leasing office and the maintenance crew is incredibly friendly. The management goes above and beyond to provide for the residents. The amenities are also great but my favorite part of living there is the amount of storage we had in our apartment which other complexes in the area don't have. Thankful for a great place to live for over three years.

A great place to call "Home". I just moved in and wanted to share how amazing my experience has been. This apartment units are new and have great amenities. The front office staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Tamana Ahmedi for being so courteous and responsive to resolve any problem that I came up with.
The staff here really makes life easier. Whenever I need to have something fixed (replacing light bulb or fixing kitchen sink) the maintenance staff get it done really fast. The front desk signs for deliveries, store them in the leasing office for pickup and notify me over email.
The common areas and facilities are kept clean every day. The fitness center is really big and has free weights, dumbbells and a host of strength and cardio machines. The game room as well as pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the elevator and five storied covered parking garage. Overall the enhanced security measurements like electronic key fob enabled doors ensure complete peace of mind living inside this gated community.
I moved from Union City area and must say this neighborhood is way beautiful and safe. Another plus point of this apartment complex is convenience to commute having Dublin BART entrance is just a few steps away. If you're looking for the top-of-the-line apartment nearby Dublin, I don't see a better spot compared to Avalon at this point.
