I’ve been living here for a few months now and personally, it was the best decision I’ve made. I absolutely love the environment, it’s very friendly and welcoming! Our leasing agent April was very happy to assist us and welcome us into our new HOME. We always get IMMEDIATE assistance if there’s any concerns or troubles going on, maintenance are being advised right away. April is very understanding and friendly and by far one of the best leasing agents my husband and I have come across while living in an apartment. We are very happy to call our new place so if you and your family are interested in making Saddle Ridge your new home, ask for April she will get you right!

My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and we love this community and our apartment but honestly we’ve stayed because Sergio in the office makes us feel like he cares, he remembers our apartment number when we stop in, checks in with us when we see him around and remembers our pets. Maintenance is timely and friendly. The complex is close to the main parts of the city but just tucked away enough to feel quiet and safe. I would recommend the complex to anyone looking in San Antonio!
