I’ve lived here for about 2 years now and I cannot say enough good things about this building! The staff is very friendly and address maintenance issues quickly. The premises are kept very clean and it’s just an overall pleasant place to call home. The only negative thing is the walls are very thin, so if you have unruly neighbors, it can be a bit problematic. It’s also a dead zone for Verizon wireless. So keep that in mind! Great place overall.
I relocated to this area from NYC four years ago, amidst the pandemic and uncertain times. The Preston Miracle Mile became my first and will likely be my last rental before I decide to purchase a home in the future. The staff here is incredible. Edgar and Noah are consistently hands-on and attentive. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, I'm continuously amazed to find it completed by the time I return home. I have friends in other buildings where it can take days, sometimes weeks, for a handyman to address their needs. Erika is exceptionally meticulous, ensuring that the building is always sparkling and immaculate. Avery went above and beyond in assisting my new roommate with her lease signing, making the process seamless and stress-free. She was thrilled to move in. And then there's Deja Wright — she's an absolute professional. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, she responds with lightning speed, providing guidance and support. Recently, I had a crucial interview, and my resume was ruined by my morning coffee. With no printer and no time to run to Staples, I was feeling incredibly stressed. Deja saw me stressed in the lobby. She kindly offered to print out as many copies as I needed if I emailed her the file. Thanks to her quick thinking and generosity, I made it to my meeting on time and in a great headspace. I nailed the interview and am now in negotiations! Thank you, Deja, and the entire Preston team, for everything you do. Your efforts do not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate every one of you.

My roommate and I recently moved out after 3 years at the Preston. Honestly, we would've stayed longer had it not been for personal circumstances. The property is in a prime location in a great neighborhood and the whole Preston team have been amazing to us. Deja, the community manager, and Avery, the leasing consultant, were very communicative and helpful with all of our questions, especially during our move-out. Noah and Edgar, the maintenance team, are AMAZING. They handled all our requests promptly, and were always so polite and friendly. The cleaning and security crew were also great at their jobs. All of our neighbors were super sweet, too. We will miss running into them and their adorable doggos. Thank you for everything Preston family, we wish you all the best!

I have nothing but great things to say about my time at the Preston. The location and amenities are amazing, but what really stood out was the management and maintenance team. Any minor inconvenience was quickly responded to by Jefferey and his group, leaving us to feel like we were always being taken care of. We will truly miss the maintenance team, especially Edgar, whose infectious energy made every maintenance request feel like a visit from an old friend.
For those considering the Miracle Mile area of LA, you would be hard pressed to find a more enjoyable property than the Preston!
Deja and Avery in the office have made my move in experience wonderful. They are both so professional, kind and responsive to any inquiry I’ve had. I’m grateful for their continued support as a resident at The Preston. The maintenance team is also superb. Loving the atmosphere they have created at the Preston.
My spouse and I lived at the Preston for 4.5 years and recommend it enthusiastically!
The building is conveniently located (easy to drive to beaches, downtown, WeHo, airport, etc.) and walkable (grocery store, bank and restaurants within a few min. distance). We had friendly neighbors and positive interactions with leasing and building staff--Deja and Avery are responsive and have provided outstanding customer service. Maintenance was always very fast to respond, polite and professional (Edgar and Noah are amazing). Cleaning staff were very present and kept the building and common areas looking great. Edward with security is also so thoughtful and hard-working. If we weren't relocating for work, we would still be living there!
I've been living here for almost a year, and can honestly say I've experienced zero problems with any of the staff or having any concerns addressed. The building is always clean, smells amazing (seriously) and everyone down to the handyman is so nice and attentive. I was so nervous about moving here because of negative reviews I read, and I was forward enough to mention the negative reviews when I first toured the building, to which I was told that they were all complaints pertaining to the previous management. I am so glad that I was right to take a chance on living here because I have loved it since :) Also walkable to so many food spots, LACMA and La Brea Tar Pits. Hats off to the new management for turning it around.
