Unit offers fantastic views of these beautiful Bridgeport churches and surroundings. Everything in the building is new including electric and plumbing. New stainless appliances including dishwasher and in unit washer dryer. Nice granite kitchen counters. Kitchen looks great. Oak hardwood floors. Nice redone entry common spaces. I care about the spaces I have created and high attention to was paid to details. I work hard to keep spaces clean and tenants happy. Building has great and respectful tenants. Conveniently located near main bus lines not too far to orange line EL stop at Ashland. Also, Bridgeport Coffee, Maria's Tavern located a few doors away. I am looking for the right tenant to occupy this new space. Cats are okay with additional pet deposit. No dogs. |
