About Orchard Village Apartments

Enjoy 2 bedroom ranch or loft style apartments. Fireplace in select units. Close to parks, walking trails, shopping and only minutes from the Beltline. Washer & Dryers in-unit, fireplaces in unit 1C, 1D, 2A, 2D, 2E & 2F. There is free off street parking and garage parking is $60 per month. Additional storage is available and the security deposit is 1 month's rent. 1 dog or 2 cats are allowed. 100 lb. weight restriction for dog on 1st floor and 20 lb. weight restriction for dog on 2nd floor. No aggressive breeds allowed. The pet deposit is $200 + $60 one time, non-refundable fee for dog DNA registration and the monthly pet fee is $25. Residents pay electric (heat) and the property pays water and trash.
