Geo Donado, Maintenance Technician, is a shining star here at Sierra Canyon Apartments! I submitted 3 maintenance request tickets online on Friday Morning. While the front office staff wasn’t sure that any of my tickets would be handled on Friday, Valerie Romero said she would contact the Maintenance Manager and try to address the most pressing ticket (a toilet repair) as soon as humanly possible. Before Valerie could call me back with a status, Geo rang my doorbell with a great attitude and toolbox in hand. He addressed ALL THREE maintenance tickets!!! We were both walking out the front door before lunch! There is still a folllow-up visit pending to paint where there is spackling but Geo’s promptness, willingness to listen to and address my concerns, and swift execution of the requested repairs is what has been needed here at Sierra Canyon Apartments for a very long time. Management should be using him as the model for future hires!

My name is Daniela and honestly I loved living there I use to live there with my mom and little brother and a black puppy honestly I like there services how they treat children in the past I think I was 13 when I lived there now I am 20 and I remember some lovely people in there and nice management Joann flores Daniela de paz flores if you remember these names Sandra or who ever works there hello! It’s nice to see you again!!
