My roommate and I have been living here for almost three months and we’re pleasantly surprised! We’ve put in maintenance requests for minor issues and they’ve been resolved quickly. Krista helped us tour all of the properties owned by Equity in town, and answered all of our questions. When we go into the leasing office we always look for her to help with anything. She helped us through the entire process!

Cesar is the absolute best! He always shows up and does whatever it takes to get things fixed and fixed the right way the first time. If he can’t get it fixed, he reaches out to someone that can. His customer service and quality of service is top notch. He’s the one maintenance guy that kept us from moving out of Northglen.
