I have lived at The Gunther for a month and a half, and I cannot tell you how fortunate I feel to have found this hidden gem. The management team and maintenance crew are top notch. They are proactive, accommodating, and some of the most genuinely friendly and caring people you could meet. The building itself is solidly built and has a great vibe to it. Common areas and amenities are updated, clean and well maintained. I am truly happy to have found such a great place to live.

Dwayne does an amazing job at taking care of all the maintenance issues within my apartment. He makes himself available whenever possible to quickly repair and attend to any issues. He is one of the reasons in which I remain a tenant at the Gunther. The overall Gunther staff has great customer service and professionalism. They are very personable and make you feel at home.
