My experience here I'm going to be honest with you. I haven't had nobody's been here. I've been here for 6 months and I know they're under New Management. He's a sweetheart. He works with you and I know Diana has been in the office for a minute. She's a sweetheart. She will work with you. These apartment have upgraded from what I have been told and what I have seen. I have no problem honestly and I do recommend you stop by talk to both of them. Get to know the property. It's quiet. It has a part. It has a barbecue pit area pool and they are upgrading everything like no lie. Everything is getting upgraded but I do have to give a shout out to Management. They are so sweet. They don't bother nobody. You don't bother them. They won't bother you. They work with you. They listen to you. They're there when you need them and that's the type of management that you want. With all smiles I am blessed and I am thankful I'm highly forever to run across two sweet people. I really am and I just want to say thank you. You know some people can say what they want to say about experience. It's not a house, their apartments. It's a totally different but still thank you god and believe me if you put in for a maintenance order they're going to come but you have to let them know what's going on before they can just jump to fix something and they don't know anything about it. But has been wonderful. Thank you guys and have a good day

I've been a resident for a little over a year now. I have had a great experience so far. So much I renewed my contract! :) I love the small and diverse community. Residence are really friendly, its calm and peaceful. Apartments are really nice and cozy. they are very affordable, especially during these hard times! They are not no luxurious rooms but very nice for what you are paying. Maintenance is great-they may not get to you on the same day but definitely no more than one day out. In the year I have been there I have only had to submit one ticket for maintenance request. (refrigerator light bulb change -_- lol. to my defense i didn't know it was just a light bulb change needed otherwise i would have done it myself!!) Management is very efficient, patient, and ready to get you settled in. I literally spent close to an hour in their office trying to renew my contract and making sure they had everything they needed to get my contract renewed. Brandon was the property manager that assisted and he was so great! he was personable, he didn't get frustrated with me, and he didn't try to rush the process.
