I'm a current resident at the Rafters and I'm almost through my first year. I have had an excellent experience living here thus far. The amenities are top-notch and the pricing is competitive. The staff are attentive and keep the residences and tip-top shape. Special shout out to Tony and Diana for always taking care of us and being so warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend living here.

This was the first apartment we toured and immediately fell in love with it. But more over, two years later we simply can't leave. Between the neighborhood, the amenities, the ease of maintenance and most of all the amazing staff it would be nearly impossible to make the decision to move. The community that the staff fosters here is so lovely -- they feel like they're part of our family.
