Scotland Road provides residents a short ride in either direction to the shopping and dining downtown districts of both Orange and South Orange. Students looking for convenient off campus housing, staff and faculty of Seton Hall University will find it provides easy access to the college campus at very affordable rents. For residents looking to relax or exercise outdoors, Branch Brook Park on the north end of Newark and Monte Irvin Park in Orange are a short 5 minute ride.
