Great maintenance. 10 minuate walk to two piers. 20 minutes from Tybee and 15 from downtown Savannah. Great amenities including a pool and a workout room. All my neighbors seem cool. Plus Thunderbolt is a cutest little town.

Kudos to maintenance at River Crossings!!! The other day I came home from work to no electricity in our Living Room, everywhere else was fine. I placed an maintenance order through the website and even though it was after 5 p.m., they came right away. Two young gentlemen came and couldn't find the problem but spoke with their supervisor and he would come by the next morning. About 1/2 hour later we lost all power, I called the after hours maintenance number, again answered right away and he came back over. This time he noticed the the breaker was shorting and sparking. They replace the breaker that night. By 7:30 p.m. if not a little earlier, all my power was back on again!!
