I am close to completing my second year in this apartment community, and I am satisfied with the service and respect received here by the staff. There are things to be expected when living in an apartment that can be beyond your control. But the staff and maintenance are always accessible and responsive. I am not sure of the specifics of the negative ratings/reviews, but I do know that life happens, and simply communicating with your community management staff helps to resolve issues quickly and painlessly. At least, that has been my experience. I have never had a bad experience with Hailey or any of the other staff. I have always been treated with respect, dignity and understanding. When I find an issue, they respond promptly and we move on. No situation is perfect, as I understand this working in a residential environment, so my expectation was not to receive perfection, but to receive what I agreed to pay for. Overall, this has been the best place I have ever lived when comparing customer service, and trust me, I have had some bad experiences in the past. I think Hailey is a good manager, facilitator and communicator. Even with the transition to Seldin, they were clear on what is to be expected from them and is required from tenants. I recommend this community to anyone looking for good value for the cost.

I honestly have nothing negative to say about my experience here. The amenities are GREAT, I literally couldn’t ask for anything else. Kryslyn has been a pleasure to speak to since my application process, she’s very friendly & responsive to emails. The maintenance man is great too, he had no problem completing all of my requests when I initially moved in & he does everything in a timely manner. Communication is big for me & they never fall short. Any issues I’ve had, they’ve been quick to handle. For the most part the complex is really quiet & peaceful. I definitely intend on renewing my lease here; it’s a joy to call this place home.
