If I could give this complex a -10 stars I would. Management does absolutely nothing to help upkeep the property or common areas. Spider webs EVERYWHERE. Appliances are sub par for the amount paid in monthly rent. Can never get ahold of anyone and the only time they communicate with you is a building wide communication in regards to dog poop! If that couldn’t get worse, you then have a Karen in the townhomes across the way, pointing a camera towards the entrances of the apartments and watching residents come and go. She is a real piece of work and does not make the community pleasant AT ALL. Example: There is a small patch of land between the townhomes and the apartments. Sometimes people walk their dogs throughout the parking lot. Last week I observed a young girl I’ve seen in the building, picking up after her dog. That didn’t fly with Karen as she came screaming profanities at her and telling her it is private property and she’s going to be calling the police. All this after the Girl pick up after her dog. Then (surprise, surprise) we get an email from management stating the parking lot islands are private property. Meanwhile, Karen continues to monitor us from her camera and dump large amounts of trash in the apartment only dumpsters. I’ve seen so many people come and go from this place, it’s no surprise there are so many vacancies. Nothing about this complex is nice. It is a scam and they are driving people away. DONT RENT HERE
