Props to Alan on the maintenance staff who took care of my A/C unit replacement. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely and professional manner. He’s also always very courteous and friendly.

We’ve been living at the Lodge for 6 months now, and it’s been great!
Initially, when starting the apartment search earlier this year, we found it HAAAARD to get ahold of leasing office staff at other complexes, the only outlier being the Lodge. Macy is super sweet, and incredibly communicative. She’s easy to reach and very helpful.
We moved into a newly-renovated unit (Deluxe 2). The appliances were nice and new and the unit was clean upon entering. There were a few things that needed a bit of maintenance touch-up, but luckily, the resident account app makes it possible to request maintenance services easily. The maintenance team is excellent — they complete requests in a timely manner, usually within a day of submitting the request.
There’s ample parking around the complex, especially at the north end of the property. For the most part, residents are considerate of one another. Of course, there are always people who refuse to pick up after their dogs, but that’s a fundamental problem of selfishness that an apartment community can’t fix lol
Overall, we’re happy living at the Lodge. The location and proximity to anything you may need is super convenient. It’s a quality complex and has effective, communicative management. Highly recommend!!!

Very good place! Although I just moved in, I really like the people they porovide me the service and help at the service center. They are really kind and nice!
...I would like to add some more. After the move in process, I start to clean up the apartment. What surprised me was the apartment is so clean. Some key things I care about such as the sink, oven, dish washer, in sink food waste disposer and restroom are already well cleaned before I move in. I am satisfied with this apartment. Again, the leasing officers are kind and nice! ☺️

I had the BEST apartment shopping experience! My leasing agent, Katherine, was very knowledge, friendly, patient, and really focused on what WE wanted. She was very focused on meeting our needs, considering our lifestyle, and talking us through the functionality, benefits, and possible roadblocks with every floor plan we chose. The property was well kept, clean, beautiful, and modern!

After visiting a lot of apartments in the area I picked the Lodge. Kathrine went above and beyond even suggesting how to arrange furniture just to make it fit. I had a really big bed and finding a place to accommodate it was essential to me. So her helping me and making suggestions on how to make it work went a long way….i mean how many rental agents help with measurements by counting foot steps walking a straight line. It really melted my heart

We lived in the Lodge at Lakeline for about 1 and 1/2 years and we love it! I felt at home the minute we moved in. For apartments, it’s a great location, the community is quiet and beautiful and I've found our neighbors to all be very kind and respectful. The office staff are friendly and knowledgeable, I have always got the answers for my questions instantly. When I had problems with my home insurance last spring, Macy, the leasing specialist, was very caring and helpful, she was able to resolve my issues in a timely manner. The management always thinks about how to get the people at the apartments together and initiates community events.
The maintenance guys are very good. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response.
I like having an attached garage and washer/dryer in my unit.
The grounds are well-kept, clean and the community is beautiful with lots of trees. The Lodge at Lakeline completed an improvement project in the summer and stripped and sealed the parking lots of the entire community. It’s a great place to live!
