I lived in the Avenue at Carlsbad for nearly a year and only left due to an opportunity with work. I loved my time here and absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to live in Carlsbad. The location is lovely and the people who work in the office are super nice, especially Gina!! She was genuinely the best and made a world of difference in making us feel welcome and supported. She deserves all the praise and more.

I have lived here for over a year, and I had a great experience so far from the day i applied to now, maintenance is quick and efficient, and the office staff has helped with any questions that I have had and they send out informative emails regularly. The area is super nice, I am so close to grocery stores, the mall , Carlsbad Village! I love how much the staff tries their best to deal with all of us seeing that there is over 1000 people here, they are great! I would 100% be renewing this year.
