My daughter moved into these apartments, and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I was sitting outside her apartment, waiting for a couch delivery, and the maintenance man came out to ask if he could help me with anything. I would normally be annoyed to be questioned in the middle of the day, but I was grateful that security was tight at a place my daughter would be staying at for the first time.

My family has been renting here since 2022. The property manager, assistant property managers and groundskeeper Dean who lives on site have been nothing but amazing. We have always received prompt help with any maintenance requests and have always felt comfortable reaching out about any questions or concerns. Our neighbors are very friendly, and respect the rules of cohabiting in the same building. We were initially worried about renting an apartment again vs a condo, because we’ve had problems with unruly children causing property damage and packages go missing the last time we stayed in an apartment many years ago. This was a hassle as I’m a teacher and ordered a lot of materials online. We also had items go missing around the holidays for my kid, as well. I’ve never once had to worry about that happening here, and have even had residents or the groundskeeper move our packages inside the locked doors for safekeeping. The first year we lived here a resident accidentally open a very expensive gift thinking it was theirs - only to return it within minutes to our door with a note on it stating they were incredibly sorry. I was completely blown away by that. I can tell you now that if that happened at a prior residence, I would have not seen that package again. Our steps and hallways are always thoroughly maintained year round as well. People are courteous when using the communal washers and dryers too which has taken the headache out of sharing these facilities. We get invitations to meet for donuts or emails regularly extending resources for energy assistant or food assistance programs to residents that need it. Even though it’s nothing my family has ever needed, it’s really nice to see that they put this out there for people who do!
