One particular woman (who starts with Jl wreaks havoc on e v e r y o n e who occupies any room around her. Literally & simply 'cause she has the privilage of city connections. The locations have a healthy mix between screwed up local politics & management, which ultimately allow snotty sick and unlawful behavior to continue. Do better
