Lived at Meadowood from Sep 2017- Jan 2018 with my (then) boyfriend. We decided one this place because our friend and his wife lived there and their apartment was beautiful and they loved it. We got a one bedroom, one bath. For the area and cost of living, the apartments are spot on. We also fell in love with the fact that it is gated and had in unit washer and dryers. The staff was always friendly, especially Jeff. We had no issues that needed to be corrected in the short time while living there. Coming back from deployment, I wish I could afford to live there on my income, because I would go back in a heartbeat. I love this place. The only cons I can think of were that there where two instances of car break ins when we first moved in. It occurred along the fence parking. But I primarily think it was because people left their cars unlocked. The area is great and located close to the interstate.

I lived there since May 2016 till March 2018. Almost for 2 years. My overall experience of living in there is pretty good. The manager Jeff is really really nice and always helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. The management staff is always trying to improve their service. Although the apartment has some negative aspect that I did not like, they fixed it later. Only thing that I need to say is every time I request for repair/maintenance, the service man came into my home with dirty shoes on. They should ask politely if they need to remove shoes before step in. Other that that, I had no big problems. Sometimes things breakdown and I request for repair, they always send people very quick. Overall, 5 stars. Now I got a big family and I had to move to a new house. I really miss there I would stay there if i'm single. :)
