We have lived here for a year and just renewed our lease and have received excellent hospitality and kindness from everyone who works in the building and the leasing office, especially Leann! Maintenance has had all of our issues resolved within the day, common areas and parking garage are always very clean. We plan to live at the Penfield as long as we our living downtown and we are very grateful!

We hosted an event in their club room and their staff was very helpful and professional! Daveed was very informative and made the whole process really easy and enjoyable! Their concierge went above and beyond to help us set up and take down all of our gear and she did it all with a big smile in her face! We were very impressed with the level of respect and sense of community that the residents had and we will definitely be back for another event in the near future!!
