We love it here! Beautiful grounds and the residents are great! Residents also take care of the grounds by picking up after their pets. Management are great as well! Very communicative and super welcoming! Overall, it has been a great move here and great experience living here. Very pet friendly and it’s always great seeing the pets out playing and happy. It’s gated so it gives you that resort feeling with a gym, pool and hot tub. Oh, did I mention… the grounds is beautiful!
I wrote a poor review last time, and now, with new management, I can see what has been improved, and they were actively reviewing what was explained as a negative point for this property.
The way they driving is the right way and even though we are moving out, I appreciate the new management perspective and effort.
Renewing buildings and installing dual-pane windows was necessary for this property.
I recently moved into this complex and so far everything has been great. The move in was smooth, the office management team is super friendly and seem to genuinely care about thier tenants. The Maintenance crew are non stop working, I never see them slacking off on the job, I've needed a few minor things fixed and maintenance was here to help very quickly!! They are also really friendly.. The noise from the freeway can be really loud but all you have to do is simply shut your windows and thats taken care of. The apps to request maintenance , pay rent, and gain access to the gym are easy to use and convenient. My neighbors are respectful and normal. Lol. I haven't seen any criminal activity inside the complex yet... My children and I are comfortable and most importantly, we feel safe in our new home!! 😊

Not one to want to leave a negative comment at the top, when the staff continues to show their integrity, humility, and dedication to service. I am relieved to report that the staff did give a very complete and sincere apology for my recent issue, and I absolutely believe them. The staff member even called herself out by name in her response, and if that doesn't show commitment to service and humility, I can't tell you what does.
As she promised, my truck was present and unmolested upon my return from vacation. The work done on the carports looks great. Their acknowledgement of my concern, acceptance of how I felt in the interaction, and commitment to do this better next time shows ownership I have not yet seen from any property management ever.
I don't know what else to say but, "Wow! I see you Madera Team! You're doing things differently than most. I totally accept that apology, and thank you! <3"
P.S.
I want to also add that this team has responded to and resolved every service request I have put in on my apartment. I truly believe that the team sees tenants as partners in maintaining quality living spaces. In my experience with other apartments, I had always been averse to reporting, because it seemed the owners/management simply wanted to do the bare minimum. That simply hasn't been my experience here. I still hold back on opening requests sometimes, but that's _not_ because of their response or responsiveness. It is simply learned behavior from dealing with lesser management teams.

Sadly, I have to amend my review. Only because I find it important for the staff to appreciate and prospective tenants to be aware:
Today I got home from work to find a notice on my door saying I would have to move my truck by tomorrow morning at 7am or it would be towed at my expense so they could do power cleaning.
That feels to me like woefully insufficient notice. Especially since I am going out of town for the next few days and would have to leave the vehicle in another spot until after the weekend.
I’m only glad that I didn’t leave yesterday instead of tomorrow morning. I would have come back to a missing truck and a tow bill!
I called the office to inform them of my predicament and must say that while I was told my vehicle would be fine in the wrong spot over the weekend, the answer did come across with a bit of attitude and less than the empathetic sincerity I had expected of this staff.
There was no email in my inbox on this from prior days, nor was there any other forewarning that I could find. A notice of potential tow the day before is not acceptable. Am I to assume that I must now clear any future vacation plans with the office before I book flights?
I hope they do better on things like this in the future. They’ve been stellar otherwise.
I only hope that I come back to my vehicle where I left it.
P.S.
It does occur to me that the office staff is just exhausted from having to handle complaints of short notice that isn’t of their doing. Even so, the customer shouldn’t be pushed around inconsiderately like this or made to feel like a nuisance for raising a valid concern.

Super friendly and attentive staff, from the office to the maintenance personnel. I’m so happy to have moved here. The price is right and the grounds are well kept and beautiful. They keep the community engaged and well taken care of.

Madera ridge is a beautiful complex to live In it has wonderful events a wonderful pool area and dog friendly areas for 1/2 and wonderful views 100% recommend it
We've lived here for almost a year now and we love how quiet it is and our unit is really comfortable. One of our favorite things is the creative monthly resident events there is available for everyone and they are free.
11/7/2020 It hasn't been a month yet but I'm very vigilant so I'm confident in writing this review now. The apartment layouts are very appealing to me (personal opinion). The property management staff is very prompt in their responses, especially via email (I have mostly been working with Kevin). I might have lucked out but I don't hear much noise at all with the freeway or the street noise. Also my neighbors below and next to me are very quiet. Almost too quiet haha! I'm just kidding about that.
This is just my current opinion and if anything drastic changes I will make sure to update this review.
This place is amazing!! I am so happy that I was able to move here. I was living in a place prior that has terrible management, the property was not kept except areas that were visible from the street. Needless to say I was ready to move. Coming into the building I was greeted so nicely that I felt an instant relaxation that took me off guard. The staff was SO nice and listened to what I had gone through in past apartment rentals and how nervous I was. They walked me through the complex and had every detail from which places we were going to what the best way to get to the pool was. This place feels like home, when and if I had a problem I don't feel like I have to beg to get someone in to help. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants an apartment for themselves and/or their family to feel like they found a place to call home.
