Hello All, I am living in this apartment for last 1 year, this the best environment apartment I have seen in my whole life, very nice and peaceful atmosphere. Very clean pools and maintained gardens. Separate play area for children's. I love this apartment huge parking so that we dont worry about our guest parking. Very immediate and impressive support 24/7, very nice gestured office staff, electrician, plumbers specially Mr Mario gutierrez and others technical staff, they always ready to help and support for any work. I had the wonderful privilege of meeting Miss Esmeralda. The moment I walked in, Miss Esmeralda's customer service personality was on full display. Very cordial, friendly, and ready to assist. This was not a scheduled visit. So, she wasn't expecting me.. Other people came in. She acknowledged them as they waited patiently for her. I observed her patience on full display as well; taking the time to answer all of my questions. I was totally impressed. I could discern this wasn't just her doing her job, but that she had a passion for doing what she does (helping people with a friendly demeanor and smile). I came back to tour the interested unit. The property is nice and clean. Well maintained from what I saw. Quiet and orderly as well. Thank you Esmeralda for making an impressionable and lasting impression.
