For puppies or kittens, management will evaluate the projected adult weight based on breed standards and veterinary documentation prior to approval. I moved in around mid October and so far my experience has been great. My neighbors have been polite and respectful. Maintenance has been great. I haven’t seen any roaches or mice. I hope that stays the same. My only complaint are the dumpsters… The trash gets piled up so quickly that garbage is everywhere near the the dumpster… Overall my experience has been amazing

I had the best experience with Mrs. Cheryl. She is informative, patient and welcoming. If her property doesn’t have the space you need, well she will refer you to her sister properties.
