I moved here three months ago and I seen a 100 percent turn around since the first day I moved on the property. It’s being cleaned up and people that shouldn’t have been living here has been removed. It’s quite downed a lot over the last three months. I took the time to read others reviews. I am a very observant individual. I been scoping this property out from the very beginning. I walk the ground and the surrounding areas all day long. Here’s what my conclusion was. People think that their mothers live here on the property with them. Simple things like cleaning up the laundry room. I take the initiative and sweep the laundry room out everytime I do my laundry and take the trash out. When I am walking the grounds I am always picking up trash that I see residents just throwing it out of their windows of their cars. The dumpsters. Let’s talk about them. If one building is moving out they over load that one dumpster instead of not being lazy and actually taking their trash to a dumpster that is empty. My dumpster is never full but lazy people won’t walk five extra steps to use it. I seen the negative comments here. It’s 95 percent of lazy people and people not willing to take pride in where they live. If everyone did their part maybe maintenance wouldn’t need to be cleaning up after yall!!! And just maybe they could get to those work orders a lot more faster. If you see trash stop and pick it up for crying out loud.
