I've lived here about 9 months and I have had nothing but positive experiences with all the staff. The ease of being able to submit online maintenance requests really makes it easy for residents. My issue was successfully taken care or within 24 hours. I also love that the staff is always on top of keeping the property clean and well maintained. The upgrades recently done to the balconies is a plus as well.

This is a military-friendly apartment complex, and I had a great experience living at this apartment complex. About 16 minutes from Fort Bliss, traffic was very light back and forth. It is conveniently located near popular bars and restaurants. The staff was always friendly and approachable, very respectful, and answered all my questions and concerns. My only recommendation for improvement is for the Gymnasium’s amenities to be repaired in a faster fashion. Besides that, I enjoyed my tenure at the High Ridge apartments. Highly recommend it.
